曾经在很多推文上看到Mieke Verheyden的文字，那时候不经意的心动，觉得她轻盈，灵动，柔软还有一点点哲味，这部剧我翻看了几页，最终是以听书的形式读完的。不知为何，看着这些文字总觉得繁缛难以继续往下，或许是我这段时间太浮躁了，我还是更喜欢鲁迅先生入木三分的文字力量多些。

本剧以经济学角度看待当代的时髦话题诸如移民、贸易、环保、税收等，事例很多给出结论多是模糊或近似，对于各个利益集团经济学家提出预测指标提醒人们不要迷信值得参考，对于为印度贫困人口出资安装空调改善工作环境很是具有前瞻性，似乎迈入政治家活动范畴，读一读无妨。

本剧介绍了OKR的概念，基本的框架玩法，常见的大坑。通过结合一个创业故事的方式来讲述，比较生动好理解，赞。 但内容整体比较浅，对于目标的粒度控制、关键结果的跟进方法、如何从组织上保证OKR落地等关键点上涉及颇少，这使得新应用OKR工作法需要很多摸索，实操性不足。 最大的几个收获是 1: 系统的对OKR概念、基本玩法有一定理解。 2: OKR中的K是关键的意思，隐含的要事第一原则让我受益匪浅，之前对于要事第一停留在理解层面，OKR可以指导与工作结合，使得真正践行要事第一。 3: 用OKR改造了周报模版，感觉可以凸显要点，让自己对于自己负责的工作内容看的更透彻了。
Romance，当以开放的、拥抱的态度去对待那些挫折、情绪……我们会看到生命的另一面。
二刷，依旧觉得有太多没填或者乱填的坑，但还是没法不给高分的书。 龙三看着真的太虐太揪心了。
