这是一种很好的尝试，便于法律使用者理解立法的背景、立法原意和目的。只是其是否能变为裁判的依据或参考，还有待实践。

读完豁然开朗，通过女主的视角看到了自己看到了所有人，欲望，生死………经历过艰辛看到了不同信仰性格的人不一样的心思，然后一一揣摩到The Positively True Adventures of the Alleged Texas Cheerleader-Murdering Mom下的想法心思，不得不说霍利·亨特刻画人物心理活动太真实了

生日这天读完这部剧，算是送自己的一个礼物。强烈推荐这本写作流畅、有情怀的哲学入门剧集。 苏格拉底的质疑精神，笛卡尔的“我思故我在”，最崇拜的康德对世界可知范围的定义和纯粹的道德哲学，黑格尔的绝对精神，叔本华的生命意志，尼采的权力意志，罗素、维根特斯坦的逻辑哲学理论，萨特、加缪的存在主义与虚无主义...（能不重新切集就总结出这些理论，算是第一个小的收获了！）这些伟大的头脑与精神为搜寻人生最大的问题提出了各种理论，而后逐一被发展或推翻，正揭示了人生意义并无绝对真理这一与怀疑论与证伪主义相符的“真理”。更重要的一点收获是作为一个理工科学生，发现哲学与科学有如此之多的交叉，并终于找到了一个非常认可的科学观（以经验主义为基础、以实用主义为原则的可以证伪的理论）。 科学原来也不是绝对的，理性原来并不能拯救世界。我们依旧要按图索骥，继续为自己寻找答案。
